I work with a variety of exceptional herbs gathered mostly locally and also from trusted farms around the world to handcraft the herbal remedies I make just for each client. I’ve been crafting herbal medicine for over 20 years and consider the process to be a deeply sacred one- a path of communion with both the plants and the cosmos.

Each remedy is crafted with organically grown herbs that have been tended by harbalist-farmers who are in reciprocal relationship with the plants. From there, I wrap the process up in ritual to invoke the full blessings and virtues of each plant for each unique client I work with.

I am on of the few herbalists in the states who custom formulates for each individual client as part of our time together. Formulas are written just for you and speak to your nature, your goals (wellness and otherwise), any disharmonies you’re working through, contraindications with medications or sensitivities, and plants that speak up to your presence in the space. This is your medicine- literally. It is for you, with all your quirks and nuances, and speaks from the heart of the green realm int your own heart.

As part of your 1:1 consultation, we will compound herbal remedies for you to take home which may include tinctures, teas, oils, salves, steams, or other formats.
